1. On the understanding that both parties will engage in meetings, correspondence and possible collaboration in developments to the property and ideas of the Conflicting Kingdoms company. It is agreed that all information, whether oral, written or otherwise, that is supplied in the course or as a result of any such correspondence shall be treated as confidential by the receiving party.

2. The receiving party undertakes not to use the information for any purpose, other than that for the purpose of considering the said collaboration, without obtaining the written agreement of the disclosing party

3. This agreement applies to both technical and commercial information communicated by either party, but excludes artwork and ideas supplied by the artist to the receiving party; this may be used by the company as agreed in the artist commission agreement.

4. This agreement does not apply to any information in the public domain or which the receiving party can show was either already lawfully in their possession prior to its disclosure by the other party or acquired without the involvement, either directly or indirectly, of the disclosing party.

5. This agreement shall on request from the other return any documents or items connected with the disclosure and shall not retain any unauthorized copies of the disclosing party.

6. This agreement, or the supply of information referred to in paragraph 1, does not create any license, title or interest in respect of any intellectual property of rights in the disclosing party.

7. There will be no relief of all obligations under this agreement

yes, you need to print and sign both and then either post or email them to conflict@hotmail.co.uk you can start work now but we wont pay out any money until both forms are signed and sent to us

the pictures in the post i just sent you are ref, i just put them there so you can see what they look like. most briefs with a star are free, if it has a post in there by an illustrator then it is probably taken. dont worry, there are hundreds of free ones to choose from
